If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at and we’ll

line-up a refund. For a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please initiate the return within 5 days. Items returned after 5 days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

We can only accept returns/exchanges if your piece has not been worn. (Trial is exception)

You will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item(s) back to us.

Once your package has arrived at our facility it will take a few days (in rare cases it can take up to 14 days) for us to process your request. During this period our warehouse staff will verify and account for everything you have sent us. 

Note: If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made.
